They are adept at bidding jobs with contract values up to $30 Million. A successful candidate should possess the skills to: Perform accurate and timely takeoffs, review and interpret specifications, and evaluate production trends Be well versed in building codes related to our work Successfuly negotiate with general contractors Speak and write well Perform well under tight deadlines We prefer candidates who have at least three years of job experience.
